Plan the trip.Share it as it happens.

Tell Meili your trip in a sentence and it draws the route. It files your tickets, translates on the spot and keeps your journal as you go. Send one link, and the people at home follow every stop.

Example: someone describes a trip in one sentence, Meili draws the route, reads the train ticket, places the photos, and friends follow the trip.

01 · The assistant

Describe the trip. Meili handles the paperwork.

Write it the way you'd tell a friend: “ten days in Portugal, Lisbon then Porto”. Meili turns it into stops on the map, with the nights at each one. Drop in a PDF ticket and it becomes a card with the right local times. Photograph a receipt and the expense lands in the budget, converted.

Once you're there, it translates what you want to say, word by word with the pronunciation, and tells you what to see and eat in each town.

02 · Getting ready

Nine nights, seven pairs of socks.

Quantities follow the length of the trip, with a ceiling: past a week, you'll find a laundrette. Invite your travel companions with a code and everyone ticks off their own bag. Tickets, bookings, insurance and to-dos wait next to the plan, along with the souvenirs you promised to bring back.

03 · On the road

On the road, the journal fills up on its own.

When you get somewhere, tap “Drop my bag” and the stop is ticked off. Your photos land on the map by themselves, where and when you took them. Add a note, or a voice note when you don't feel like typing. No signal? Everything waits on your phone and goes out the moment you're back online.

The toolkit stays a tap away, offline too: emergency numbers you can call straight from the app, the local customs, a phrasebook, the currency converter. And every expense goes into the shared budget: who paid, converted at the day's rate, against what you planned to spend.

04 · Sharing

Friends and family follow along, stop by stop.

Send one link. They watch the route grow with your photos and notes, leave a like or a comment, or send you a voice message to find at the end of the day. Your tickets, documents and where you sleep are never shown.

  • One link, nothing to install
  • Likes, comments and voice messages
  • A heads-up at each new stop

Climbed the Clérigos tower for the sunset. 225 steps, but what a view!
